The electronic queue administration service "Bekette" (hereinafter referred to as the Service) is implemented to provide access to the Automated Electronic Queue System (hereinafter referred to as SEA) for officials of state revenue bodies in compliance with paragraph 4 of the Rules for the Passage of Motor Vehicles, Cargo and Goods across the State Border of the Republic of Kazakhstan, including using the electronic queue system for on a paid basis, approved by order by Deputy Prime Minister - Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated June 27, 2023 No. 707.
Access to the Service is provided by the SEA registrar - Joint Stock Company "Information and Accounting Center", which is under the jurisdiction of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 24, 2008 No. 387.
